13. Refund Policy
TaskEase is committed to providing a transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:
- 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
- Eligible Refund Conditions: Refunds may also be granted for technical issues preventing product use, duplicate or accidental payments, or if the product significantly differs from its description.
- Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds may not be available if more than 14 days have passed since purchase, or the subscription benefits have been substantially consumed.
